The awe-inspiring sights of the Alaskan coastlines, glaciers, marine wildlife and icy waters will restore and inspire you to reconnect with yourself, your family, and the new friends you’ll meet.
Guests who book with us will have the opportunity to attend (for an additional fee) the UNBOUND the call of your SOUL and AWAKEN your INNER WISDOM workshops. This is a brand new and oh-so-exciting event! I’ve hosted many retreats and planned hundreds of events over my lifetime. What Spirit is bringing forth for this transformative event is SO inspiring – SO heart opening – SO soul expanding; I can barely wait for next August to arrive!
In September 2016, Dwaine and I embarked on our first Alaskan cruise, on the very same ship we will be sailing together in August 2025 – the Royal Princess. There is a beautiful top deck on the ship called The Sanctuary.
The Sanctuary sets the bar high for sea gazing. Lounge chairs aren’t just padded here; they’re dressed in upscale cushions with fluffy towels. Water is infused with fresh fruit and cabanas make room for alfresco massages. After guests cozy up in their plush loungers and take time for contemplative rest and relaxation, it’s easy to leave feeling like you’ve just spent a day at the spa.
I had learned of the Sanctuary experience before arriving and I knew to reserve our spot for Glacier Bay the minute we boarded the ship. It proved to be one of the best decisions of my life – certainly of my journey with Bryan since his transition!
We were enjoying the entire experience so much. We saw a glacier calving – incredible – and then I found myself standing at the deck railing. I looked down, and there was a ladybug sitting right there! It flew to me and I held it close while I was jumping up and down and screaming, ha! Literally everyone else on the deck wandered over to see what the commotion was about, so I told them all my story about my beloved son Bryan and the ladybugs he sends us. I’m sure most of them became believers that day!
How incredible that Bryan sent us a ladybug – in the middle of Glacier Bay, Alaska – on the uppermost deck railing of the ship – right at the moment that I was standing there! You just can’t make it up!

In addition to our days of fun in the sun, you will have the option of joining me for a total of 10 hours of intimate and exclusive workshops as we sail the Alaska coastline.
