Bridging™: From Grief to Joy

You've done the work

of surviving.

Now it's time to find out

who you're becoming.

You survived the unsurvivable. Now what?

You are not broken. You are not behind. You are already on the bridge.

Bridging™: From Grief to Joy is a live, multi-stage journey designed for those who are ready to stop surviving their loss and start discovering the life — and the person — waiting on the other side.

This is not about getting over your grief. It’s not about moving on. It’s about crossing the bridge — with your loved one walking beside you in the form they are now — into the fullness of who you came here to be.

“Joy after loss is not a betrayal. It is love, expanding.”

Is this for you?
This is for you if…

You have been carrying this loss — and you are exhausted by it. Not broken. Not behind. But ready. Something in you has shifted. Maybe it’s been a year. Maybe it’s been several. Grief doesn’t move on a schedule, and no two people cross the bridge at the same time. What matters is that something in you is beginning to ask: who am I now?

You believe — or want to believe — that the love didn’t end. That your loved one is still with you, in a new form. And you’re ready to learn how to meet them there.

You’re tired of being stuck. Not in your grief — but in the space between who you were and who you’re becoming. You can feel the other side of the bridge, even if you can’t see it yet.

You’re ready to do real work. Honest, deep, soul-level work — inside a live community of people walking the same road.

You sense that joy is still possible for you. Even if you’re not sure you deserve it yet.

This may not be for you if…

You are in the early days of loss — or maybe even the early years. And that is exactly right for where you are. Grief doesn’t move on a schedule, and there is no timeline you are supposed to be on. If you are still finding your footing, still asking if you will survive this, Bridging™ is not the right moment — and that is not a failure.

Finding Ground™ — coming January 2027 — has been created for you. It begins at the very beginning: the energy tools, the connection practices, the spiritual grounding that will carry you all the way to the bridge when you’re ready.

What bridge walkers say

Paige’s new class is so good! The writing exercises really connected me to my child and in addition to other healings modalities I have been doing, it catapulted me into a lot of joy and connection. I would take it again if I could! One of my greatest takeaways was giving myself permission to experience joy — and recognizing how much I’ve grown since the loss of my son. I left with valuable tools and insights that will continue to support my healing journey.”

— Renee M., Bridging™ participant

“The material is detailed, powerful, and relevant. The meditations, the channeled writing, seeing myself through the lens of my own soul — this work asked me real questions. What will I change? What makes me happy? Can I trust my inner voice? I will commit — and re-commit — to myself. Daily.”

— Montse B., Bridging™ participant

“One of the biggest takeaways was having permission to feel joyful — to really embrace the fun things in my life. I loved the bridging object as a symbol, and the symbolism of walking through a door onto a bridge. The ‘Who Am I Now’ framework was powerful too — it helped me witness how much I’ve grown on this journey.”

— Renee N., Bridging™ participant

What Bridging™ is

A live, communal journey. Not a course.

Bridging™ is not something you move through alone on your own schedule. It is a shared passage — a community of bridge walkers crossing together, with Paige holding the container at every stage.

Six live sessions on Zoom, spaced two weeks apart. Between each live, you work with two weeks of teachings — pre-recorded and organized in easy-to-follow modules — along with your Bridging™ Workbook, carrying you deeper into each stage of the journey. Then we gather live to integrate, to witness each other, and to look ahead into what’s coming next.

Every live session includes Q&A with Paige, a guided meditation, and a look ahead into the next phase of the bridge.

“Breaking it up helped me explore my grief in depth — one baby step at a time across the bridge.”

You will carry a Bridge Object throughout the journey — a small, physical anchor that travels with you through all five stages. You will write a Dear Me letter at the opening and receive it at the close. You will complete a Becoming Declaration. You will map your own Before · Bridge · After.

This is not passive work. It asks something of you. And it gives back far more than it asks.

The journey — Five Stages

Five Stages

Bridging™: From Grief to Joy — The Five Stages
Stage 1

The Doorway

Grief is not the end of your story. It is the doorway. We begin by creating a sacred container — naming what we’ve been carrying, where it lives in the body, and what it means to consciously step through the threshold into the work ahead. You arrive here. You are seen. We begin.

Stage 2

Awakening

We go beneath the grief symptoms to find the soul yearnings underneath. The dark night of the soul is not punishment — it is initiation. Here we begin the first excavation of who is emerging from the loss: language that shapes how we hold this experience, the grief gifts hidden inside what’s been lost, and simple tools for the moments grief arrives unannounced.

Stage 3

The Crossing

The active passage. We lay down what we’ve been carrying and move through the sacred void. Who am I now? — the three phases of that question, and the layers of story beneath which your soul has been waiting. We sketch the self emerging in the Before · Bridge · After portrait. The middle of the bridge is where the real crossing happens, and we don’t rush it.

Stage 4

Soul

Deep bridge work. The Finding Me framework — exploring, then claiming who you’re becoming. The Claiming practice: I am. I want. I came here. I release. I choose. And the letter from your loved one — channeled, received, carried forward. This stage changes people.

Stage 5

Becoming

You arrive on the other side. Not the same person who stepped through the doorway — but the one you have been becoming all along. The full Bridge Walk meditation, walked once more. Your Personal Bridge Map, the whole journey seen at once. And live, together: the Becoming Declaration — spoken out loud, witnessed.

“Each stage had a theme, steps to follow, a workbook to move through. Breaking it up that way let me explore my grief in depth — one baby step at a time across the bridge. My goal was to get back in touch with my spiritual side. I had become a little lost in my soul searching. I leave with my heart and soul open, ready to receive again.”

— Daisy W., Bridging™ participant

“Week 4 — Soul — was my favorite. The Claiming exercise — I am, I want, I came here, I release, I chose — and the letter from my child. I will carry those with me. The workbook, the meditations, the way everything is organized to return to — this is work you come back to. I already know I will.”

— Carolyn C., Bridging™ participant

“Brilliantly organized, beautifully presented. Paige is a natural — as a teacher, as a speaker, and as someone who pours genuine love and light into everything she creates.”

— Babette G., Bridging™ participant

“Your vast experience and spiritual connection creates a field of opportunity. The patient space you hold allows our souls to travel to the place we truly need to be — without expectation. In a way, that’s the most honest testimonial I could give.”

— Kelly C., Bridging™ participant

Your guide

Paige W. Lee

In 2008, I lost my son Bryan. And in the years that followed, I learned something that changed everything: grief is not the end of the story. It is the doorway.

I’ve been walking this path for nearly two decades — through the dark night, through the excavation, through the slow and sacred work of becoming someone I didn’t yet know I could be. I’ve trained across multiple modalities, earned coaching certifications, studied as a Reiki master, and written a book about the choice that made it all possible: to believe that joy was still available to me.

Bridging™ is everything I learned on that walk — distilled into a journey I built so you don’t have to take it alone.

I am not your teacher in the traditional sense. I am someone who has been where you are. And I found my way to the other side. Between those two places, I built a bridge.

“This is that bridge.”

Questions

FAQ

Do I need to attend live?

Recordings are provided for every session. We encourage you to show up live when you can — the community witnessing is part of the experience — but life happens, and nothing is lost.

What if I’ve never done work like this before?

You don’t need any prior experience. You need an open heart and a willingness to show up for yourself.

Is this right for me if my loss is recent?

Bridging™ is designed for those who have moved through the early days or years of grief and are ready to look forward. If you’re still finding your footing, Finding Ground™ (January 2027) may be a better starting place.

What do I need to participate?

A Zoom account, the workbook (included), a small object to serve as your Bridge Object, and yourself.
